This is what we can do for you:

Capabilities

If you have a printer malfunction be it major or minor we will do our best to repair the fault on site. If you can bring the machine to us there will be no call-out charge. Depending on workload we can sometimes carry out the work after hours and over the weekend. Please contact us before delivering equipment if possible.

Charges

Call-out, Greater Belfast: (We prefer you to bring the printer to us if possible)
Call-out outside Greater Belfast: (We prefer you to bring the printer to us if possible)
Return to base/repair at base: £40 per hour plus parts (Most repairs are limited to £40 plus parts)

Different charges apply for Large Format, Thermal and some specialised machines.
