| Shipping PolicyTurnaroundAll orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Occasionally we will also ship on a Saturday Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Royal Mail UPS FedEx DHL TNT Yodel and others depending on the item value, weight and destination Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Royal mail will not have tracking numbers if they are of low value. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and value of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Some International destinations may not be catered for by the website. However we try to promptly follow up with a shipping or postage price or choice of delivery services. If this applies to you and we have not contacted you then please email us. If the shipping or delivery cost or service does not suit then you are at liberty to cancel your order prior to dispatch without any penalty. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we may ship to you the part of your order that is in stock and in any event will contact you to make you aware of any possible delay. When the item becomes available we will ship you all or the rest of your order. Depending on arrangements made you may not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. |
